It would have an ah beng based theme park with heaps of local content (meaning they don’t want to pay royalties to any fake ang mor’s franchises).
Then can anyone remember the catch phrase of Hub? Everything was planned to be a hub in Singapore. Starting from HDB hub to Star Hub to Biopolise Hub to Petrochemical Hub to whatever-you-like Hub. So what better way than to match this two catch words together and call Integrated Resort Hub.
