Peg the salary to those toilet cleaners lah, bloggers, hawker centre cleaners, mcdonald’s and others lah. maybe they earn average of $400 a month. then you every year review lor. if those people salary got rise, then ministar salary can rise also. seriously, ministar job is to protect the less well off people mah. not those s-class driving lawyers. then you compare lah. a ministar earns 300 times the lowest lor instead of telling u 50% off the highest. nia bo?
