Given the way Singapore government runs the show, telling Singaporeans that without their outstanding work done, Singaporean girls may have to be foreign maids in other countries, maybe it is time to consider getting only the best to fill the post even if it meant getting a foreigner to run the show. Afterall, if we could trust foreigners running most of our MNCs, it is not difficult to trust them to run our entire country. Anyways, it is what PAP wants you to believe, Foreign Talents are important to Singapore.

Suggestions could be that Singaporeans will get to nominate their favourite personality from overseas. And then to vote online to see who would be best to head Singapore.

Retired or sacked ex-head of state would be great. For example, John Howard had led Australia to a robust economy yet he was sacked by his people. Maybe they don’t want as much economic growth as Singapore. Plus the fact that he is not that expensive. He was earning no more than $500,000 while he was in office. So we are effectively getting a 70% discount on our current Prime Minister.

What about George Bush as your Defence Minister. No doubt a small country like Singapore without land would benefit greatly if he could conquer a few smaller countries and make them Singapore’s. Surely we are liberating those small countries from greater evils right? Afterall, SIngapore’s model is a tried and proven method. They would probably be laughing to their ass when they found out their have the most high net individuals. His asking pay would come as a steal for Singaporeans too.

Dr Mahathir a retired PM of Malaysia may make a good Health Minister given his medical background. He would probably be the cheapest of the ministerial lot given his past salary. Nevermind if we give him  a 100% increment, he would still come cheap.

Did I hear we need a Finance Minister? Ah, immediately Thaksin comes to mind. Not only he is good at bringing Thailand’s economy up up and away, he was a billionaire before becoming the head of state. His financial management is definitely proven many many times over. He too would come cheap, very cheap actually.

Now, I bet you Singaporeans would truly get the best! Afterall, we want our Monaco and Swiss living standards to continue right?
