Don’t know how many of you have seen these photos.  It is interesting to see that bloggers are now getting into the act with their camera phone. But when I saw those photos, the first that hits me is the legality of those photos. Is it okay to shoot someone from the bottom climbing onto the bus? Isn’t it an upskirt - a rather escalating problem in Singapore nowadays with the advent of technological devices.

Please don’t get me wrong. I am not saying this blogger is a pervert. Perhaps he did not think of his actions when he took those photos and did not even think about the consequences when he posted that post. But fact remains that there is 4 photos in the series. What if there were more and the others which were not posted actually reveal more. No doubt defamation could be on the table if this lady, identified herself from the photo and that she is no prostitute. By assuming she is (unless the blogger has patronised her before) is not proper. You cannot identify a person by what she wears.

I hope this piece of advice will go down well as I do mean well.
