Apparently one of my good friends alerted me to some news about how certain surveys were done and showed that Singapore girls while demanding for equality, wants their men to pay for dates, open car doors or any doors for them (except the door to their rooms), carry hand bag and do whatever possible to show that they are sensitive new age guy.
Okay, now here’s the deal. Who would ever want to give in to such women? Frankly speaking, from personal experiences, and from close friends experiences, those with close encounter of the fifth kind with the female species from Singapore, not all are like that. There are a few who are in their professional line and their peak of career that demands guys to be better than them and yet give in to their demands. *pampered*
But these very same girls, not all but quite a number of them, would not demand the same if the other person is a caucasian. Double standard? I believe so. One reason why that is so is that I have dated Singapore girls before and frankly, they have become too opinionated that I have to look for a girl from a “third world” country.
Remember, before you start bashing me, the above message is not for ALL girls in Singapore but quite a number of you. And you know who you are, or you might know someone who fits in that bill. Champion her the issue of equality or else be pampered but yet be ready to go back to the feudal system.

I don’t expect doors to be opened, I have my own hands, thank you very much… I can pay for my own meals, though a treat once in a while is nice. And I hate the sight of a man carrying a girl’s bag.
Well unless my I/C is lying, I’d say the surveys don’t seem very accurate.
And I know plenty of girls like me.

I re-read the final sentence… and yes I do know girls like what you described.. but the girls I know of my kind are far more than those you describe.. 
Maybe you should lower your standards and look for uneducated bimbos instead since you dislike being a gentleman.
Well, economics law plays. There are demand and supply, the price is determine at the point where those two meet.
